Our Why
The Daygo Cares Foundation began with one thought in mind, create JOY! The kind that makes you smile and sometimes cry tears of joy. We want to capture moments that remind San Diegans in need that people can be kind and generous and that they will be there for each other.​
Our foundation is committed to improving the lives of San Diegans in need. With your help, raising and giving away much-needed funds will create a ripple effect of positive change in our community. Every San Diegan can make a difference, no matter how small their contribution. That's why we call on all San Diegans to donate $1 monthly.
By pooling our resources and partnering with local businesses, we are creating joy and sharing the #joystories of our recipients, highlighting the impact your financial support has made in their lives. We hope to inspire and encourage others to join us by spreading these stories.

We are committed to transparency and accountability, ensuring donations to our foundation are utilized to benefit;

children, elderly, veterans, people with disabilities, people with health and mental health problems, victims of crimes, displaced victims, the unhoused

non-profit organizations and local small businesses that serve the populations listed above
with the resources, they desperately need when they need them most. At the Daygo Cares Foundation, we strive to embody the generosity and compassion that makes San Diego a special place to call home.

Our Team
Our founder has had several life threatening health issues. As a result he has developed a sense of urgency to live a life filled with joy. As a husband, father, coach, volunteer, active community member and part of a Do Something church he has adopted a "if not me, who, if not now, when?" approach to giving back.

Our co-founder and executive director manifest joy in all ways as a wife, mother, business owner, wellness coach, philanthropist, and motivator with a generous heart and giving soul, with an infectious drive to do for others.
